Munay — Unconditional Love

3 min read·Illaripa Lupa Hake

When I was sitting in the mountains of Peru after a painful separation, not knowing where to find love, an old healer said to me: "The love you are searching for is here. In this earth. In this wind." She did not say it romantically. She said it like a fact.

As a keeper of Andean energy medicine, I want to tell you about this love. It is called Munay. A Love That Does Not Come from People Munay is a unique energy in the Andes — unconditional love. But it does not come primarily from people.

It comes from Pachamama, from nature, from the cosmos. These cosmic beings possess consciousness. They give unconditional love to those who connect with this source. The Longing for Unconditional Love Children wish for unconditional love from their parents.

This deep connection needs care. But expecting only people to provide it throughout an entire life is a burden — for them and for us. The Andean path shows: this love is anchored in Pachamama herself. It is not waiting.

It is already there. You only need to learn how to receive it. Whoever connects with Munay opens a source of healing that reaches deeper than any human affection. The Multi-Dimensional Temple According to Andean teachings, the human being consists of several bodies or "temples" with different dimensions — consciousness, spirit, love, life energy.

The biological body represents only about 20 percent of this entire structure. The remaining 80 percent are spiritual dimensions that need activation and protection. Whoever only tends the physical body is tending a fraction of themselves. The Healing Dimension of Love Munay expresses itself particularly clearly through nature — through flowers, for instance.

A simple practice I often share: Sit before a flower. Truly look at it. Close your eyes. And bring its energy into your inner temple.

This energy works. It opens the heart to that form of love that is always present. Rituals with the Elements In Andean practice we use water, mountains, and sacred stones. These elements carry messages and information.

Through rituals, blockages can be dissolved, the heart opened, and consciousness expanded. These are not symbolic actions. They are direct communications with the cosmos. An Invitation The training in Andean energy medicine is an invitation to walk this path consciously.

It is a way of life that reorients one's own priorities around energetic connection and spiritual healing. In love, understanding, and spiritual unfolding, Illaripa
